DigiFT announced today the first decentralized trading platform for security tokens under regulation. The first security tokens will be listed in Q32022 on the DigiFT Exchange. They will be open to trade for accredited investors and institutional investors.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Singapore \u2013 June 2nd, 2022 \u2013 DigiFT\u2019s FinTech breakthroughs help map traditional financial assets onto the public blockchain Ethereum in a compliant manner, allowing investors to hold and trade digital securities directly through their wallets. As a result, DigiFT\u2019s exchange significantly increases the product availability on capital markets and provides liquidity to the previously less-liquid assets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The MAS sandbox provides a supportive framework for FinTech companies with innovative financial products and services. DigiFT will work closely with MAS to ensure the smooth and safe operation of security token issuance and trading. The exchange expects to complete the sandbox phase in 1H2023, and to become the first fully licensed decentralized trading platform for security tokens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
