A CMS licence will allow DigiFT to conduct the regulated activity of dealing in capital markets products that are securities or units in a \u200bcollective investment scheme (\u200bCIS\u200b)\u200b in Singapore by facilitating the issuance of security tokens. As a RMO, it will also be able to operate an organised market for secondary trading of security tokens on the public blockchain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Established in 2021, DigiFT is the first exchange with an Automatic Market Making (AMM) mechanism to have been admitted into the MAS FinTech Regulatory Sandbox. DigiFT\u2019s platform is built on the Ethereum blockchain, offering secondary trading liquidity for security tokens backed by real-world assets such as bonds, equities and collective investment schemes, facilitated by AMM. Investors can subscribe, trade and redeem on-chain assets using fiat currency or stablecoins via its website or \u200bmobile \u200bapp. \u200b\u200b<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>DigiFT \u521b\u59cb\u4eba\u517c CEO Henry Zhang<\/strong>\u200b said, \u201cSecuring both the CMS licence and RMO recognition is a significant milestone \u200bin\u200b our journey to enable regulated access to financial opportunities on-chain. Zhang&nbsp;<\/strong>\u8868\u793a\uff1a\u201c\u83b7\u5f97&nbsp;CMS&nbsp;\u724c\u7167\u548c&nbsp;RMO&nbsp;\u8ba4\u53ef\u662f\u6211\u4eec\u63a8\u52a8\u53d7\u76d1\u7ba1\u7684\u94fe\u4e0a\u91d1\u878d\u53d1\u5c55\u7684\u4e00\u4e2a\u91cd\u8981\u91cc\u7a0b\u7891\u3002\u4f5c\u4e3a\u7b2c\u4e00\u5bb6\u5728\u516c\u5171\u533a\u5757\u94fe\u4e0a\u4f7f\u7528&nbsp;AMM&nbsp;\u673a\u5236\u8fdb\u884c\u4e8c\u7ea7\u4ea4\u6613\u7684\u4ea4\u6613\u6240\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u5c06\u7ee7\u7eed\u5728\u878d\u5408\u91d1\u878d\u548c\u533a\u5757\u94fe\u6280\u672f\u7684\u9886\u57df\u89e3\u9501\u521b\u65b0\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u63a8\u8fdb\u771f\u5b9e\u4e16\u754c\u8d44\u4ea7\u4ee3\u5e01\u5316\u3002\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p
