Some also offer app downloads that may be unsafe. To protect yourself, please access DigiFT only through <a href=\"https:\/\/www.digift.io\/\">https:\/\/www.digift.io\/<\/a> and avoid entering information, downloading applications or sending funds through unfamiliar links.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Some of these pages refer to \u201c\u5e1d\u5bcc\uff08\u9999\u6e2f\uff09\u79d1\u6280\u6709\u9650\u516c\u53f8 \/ Di Fu (Hong Kong) Technology Limited\u201d and claim that it is connected to DigiFT. This company is not a DigiFT subsidiary, affiliate or authorised representative.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Related claims may also appear in online articles, search results or AI-generated summaries. These sources can be useful for discovery, but they do not by themselves confirm a company\u2019s affiliation or regulatory status. We encourage users to verify important information through DigiFT\u2019s official website and the relevant regulator before taking any action.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:32px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What to look out for<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The unauthorised content may appear convincing at first. These are some of the warning signs we have identified:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Download pages displaying the DigiFT name or logo and offering multiple Android or iOS download links. <\/strong>Please use only links provided through <a href=\"https:\/\/www.digift.io\/\">https:\/\/www.digift.io\/<\/a>, as files from unofficial sources may be unsafe.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>DigiFT-branded pages asking for passwords, one-time codes or personal information. <\/strong>Always check the full web address before entering any details.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Articles or search summaries claiming that Di Fu (Hong Kong) Technology Limited is a DigiFT subsidiary or is authorised to use DigiFT\u2019s regulatory licences. <\/strong>These claims are not accurate.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Inconsistent company, affiliation or licensing information across different pages. <\/strong>If information is unclear or conflicting, pause and verify it through DigiFT\u2019s official website or the relevant regulator.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:32px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">DigiFT&#8217;s safety efforts<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We are actively working to limit exposure to this unauthorised content:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>We reported the false media release to China.com, and it has since been removed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We reported all identified impersonation websites. Chrome and Microsoft Edge now display warnings when users attempt to visit them.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These websites may remain accessible through other browsers, links or messaging channels. We will continue monitoring the situation and taking appropriate action as new instances are identified.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:32px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Four checks <\/strong>to help you stay safe<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Before opening a link, entering information or downloading an application, take a moment to check the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Check the web address.<\/strong> Access DigiFT by typing <a href=\"https:\/\/www.digift.io\/\">https:\/\/www.digift.io\/<\/a> directly into your browser. Watch for extra words, misspellings or unfamiliar domain endings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Check the source.<\/strong> A familiar logo, advertisement, article, search result or AI-generated summary does not always confirm authenticity. Verify important information through DigiFT\u2019s official website.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Check the download link.<\/strong> Use only application links provided through <a href=\"https:\/\/www.digift.io\/\">https:\/\/www.digift.io\/<\/a>. Avoid downloads shared through private messages, unfamiliar websites, QR codes or chat groups.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Check what you are being asked to provide.<\/strong> Be cautious if a page unexpectedly requests a password, one-time code, private key, seed phrase, payment or transfer of digital assets. Pause and verify the request through an official DigiFT channel before continuing.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:32px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What to do if you may have interacted with an unauthorised page<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you think you may have visited or interacted with one of these pages, acting promptly can help protect your information and assets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>If you sent money or digital assets:<\/strong> Using a trusted device, secure any remaining funds in an account or wallet you know is safe. Contact your bank, payment provider or digital asset service provider immediately. If you have suffered a financial loss, report it to the police and email <a href=\"mailto:security@digift.io\">security@digift.io<\/a> so DigiFT can assist with the incident report.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>If you only viewed the page:<\/strong> Close it without downloading anything or entering information. Avoid sharing the live link with others. You may send a screenshot or the link to <a href=\"mailto:security@digift.io\">security@digift.io<\/a> for review.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>If you entered a password or one-time code:<\/strong> Stop using the page and change the affected credentials immediately from a trusted device. Update the password on any other account where you reused it, then contact <a href=\"mailto:security@digift.io\">security@digift.io<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>If you downloaded or installed an application:<\/strong> Do not open or use it again. Avoid accessing sensitive accounts from the affected device.
