DigiFT Partners with Peakwater and Pilgrim Partners Asia to Launch BTC-Focused Volatility Fund
New fund combines Bitcoin market exposure with systematic volatility strategy; available to eligible investors via regulated tokenization infrastructure.

The Peakwater BTC Enhance Fund is managed by Pilgrim Partners Asia, a MAS-licensed fund manager with over 16 years of investment management experience and more than US $1 billion in assets under management. The fund combines exposure to Bitcoin—held through regulated instruments such as the iShares Bitcoin Trust (IBIT)—with the Peakwater Volatility Alpha strategy, a systematic cross-asset approach to capturing volatility risk premia across traditional and digital markets.
The launch builds on the success of the earlier pEAK token, expanding DigiFT’s “tokenized alpha” category—a new class of institutional-grade RWAs designed to deliver actively managed strategies on-chain. This lineup also includes uMINT, a UBS Asset Management-issued money-market fund token that offers on-chain access to capital preservation and daily income, and iSNR, a tokenized note that provides on-chain exposure to institutional private credit managed by Invesco.
Turning Volatility into Opportunity
The launch comes amid renewed volatility in digital-asset markets, underscoring rising demand for strategies that can balance opportunity with discipline. The Peakwater BTC Enhance Fund seeks to provide exposure to Bitcoin’s long-term market potential while integrating a systematic volatility component aimed at delivering differentiated performance across cycles.
The launch reflects the growing appetite among accredited investors for structured, risk-managed access to digital assets through regulated channels. While Bitcoin has become established as a “digital gold” within institutional portfolios, its inherent volatility continues to present allocation challenges.
