- Collaboration connects DigiFT’s regulated tokenization and distribution infrastructure with HashKey Exchange, a virtual asset trading platform licensed in Hong Kong
- Extends access to tokenized traditional financial assets for eligible investors through digital asset infrastructure
- Reflects a model for asset managers to reach new investors through licensed third-party platforms
SINGAPORE and HONG KONG, 5 November 2026 – DigiFT, a regulated digital asset platform for institutional-grade real-world assets (RWAs), today announced a distribution collaboration with HashKey Exchange, a virtual asset trading platform licensed by the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) of Hong Kong. Under the collaboration, tokenized products supported by DigiFT’s regulated tokenization and distribution infrastructure will be accessible to eligible investors through the Earn Channel of HashKey Exchange. HashKey Exchange is operated by Hash Blockchain Limited, under HashKey Holdings Limited (3887.HK).
The collaboration builds on DigiFT’s work with asset managers. In July 2026, DigiFT and SBI Global Asset Management Co., Ltd. (“SBI GAM”), a subsidiary of SBI Holdings, Inc., launched the SBI Japan High Dividend Equity Strategy Token (“JX token”) on Solana. The token provides accredited or institutional investors with on-chain access to a Japanese high-dividend equity fund strategy managed by SBI Asset Management Co., Ltd. (“SBI AM”). Through the collaboration, the JX token will be accessible to eligible investors on HashKey Exchange.
For asset managers, tokenization offers a way to reach new investors while the underlying strategy continues to be managed as it is today. For platforms, it offers a way to add regulated RWA products to an existing offering. DigiFT provides the tokenization and distribution infrastructure, and the underlying strategy remains managed by SBI AM.
Henry Zhang, Founder and Group CEO, DigiFT: “Regulated tokenization is only useful if investors can reach it. Working with licensed platforms like HashKey Exchange lets us extend access to tokenized assets through channels that eligible investors already use, while the underlying managers continue to run their strategies as they do today.”
DigiFT will continue to work with asset managers and distribution partners to bring regulated tokenized products to a broader set of eligible investors across Asia and beyond.
