DigiFT and UniarkPay Partner to Converge Payments and Tokenized Assets, Launching CUBIX as First Milestone

Singapore, 8 September 2025 — DigiFT, a next-generation exchange for tokenized real-world assets licensed by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) and the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC), has entered into a strategic partnership with UniarkPay, a licensed global payments and digital asset service provider. Together, the two firms are building a first-of-its-kind bridge between global payment infrastructure and regulated tokenized assets, creating new pathways for investors worldwide to access yield opportunities with compliance and security at the core.

The partnership’s first milestone is the launch of the CUBIX token (ticker: CUBX) on Uniark’s platform. CUBIX is the first tokenized debt instrument backed by receivables from Indonesia’s regulated P2P lending sector, designed to deliver a fixed annual yield of 12%. By making CUBIX accessible through Uniark, the collaboration unlocks Southeast Asia’s rapidly growing private credit market for global investors in a compliant and transparent way.

The convergence of payments and tokenization enables investors to move seamlessly from fiat to tokenized investments, lowering entry barriers while ensuring full regulatory oversight. This model not only democratizes access to assets such as private credit but also sets a new benchmark for how financial services can evolve on-chain.

DigiFT brings a regulatory-first framework, licensed by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) and the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC). Trusted by leading asset managers including UBS, Invesco, and Wellington Management, DigiFT offers end-to-end tokenization and distribution services. UniarkPay complements this with its expertise as a Europe-headquartered payments provider licensed as a fully authorized VASP under the EU framework. The company specializes in next-generation global payment infrastructure that seamlessly connects traditional and digital economies. By combining DigiFT’s regulatory-grade tokenization with Uniark’s global payment infrastructure, the collaboration ensures that real-world assets are not just investable, but also usable across a broader financial ecosystem.

DigiFT and Uniark plan to expand beyond CUBIX by enabling cross-border RWA transactions, streamlining digital onboarding, and promoting sustainable growth of tokenized assets. Together, they are laying the foundation for a more open and efficient global financial system.
