DigiFT and Hash Global Launch Tokenized Fund Offering Regulated Access to BNB
Singapore, 25 September 2025 — DigiFT, a regulated digital asset exchange in Singapore for institutional-grade, tokenized real-world assets, today announced a collaboration with Hash Global to provide accredited and institutional investors with regulated access to BNB, the backbone of the BNB Chain ecosystem.
Structured as a professional fund registered with the British Virgin Islands Financial Services Commission (BVI FSC), the vehicle provides exposure to BNB through long-term holding. The fund also participates in BNB ecosystem activities such as Launchpool projects and airdrops, with proceeds forming part of its dividend distributions. It is strategically backed by YZi Labs, supporting the adoption of BNB in traditional finance.
The fund is managed by Hash Global, a leading Web3 investment firm with over USD 200 million under management. Custody is provided by Ceffu, Binance’s exclusive institutional custody partner. Hash Global is an early investors and one of the first BNB Chain node operators.
Through tokenization on the BNB Chain, DigiFT enables eligible investors to hold digital representations of fund interests on-chain, combining market infrastructure standards with blockchain efficiency. This approach supports broader, cross-border market access while further strengthening the development of the BNB ecosystem.
