DigiFT Launches First Tokenized Institutional Access to APAC Public & Private Credit Strategy
The Flow Credit Fund Token ($FLOWC) marks the first tokenized distribution of an APAC-focused private and public credit fund to institutional investors on-chain.
SINGAPORE, 27 APRIL 2026 — DigiFT, a regulated digital asset exchange for institutional-grade, tokenized real-world assets (“RWA”) licensed by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (“MAS”), today announced the launch of the Flow Credit Fund Token (Ticker: FLOWC) on its platform.
The FLOWC token provides eligible investors with regulated, on-chain access to the Flow Credit Feeder Fund1 (the “Fund”)—an Asia-Pacific (“APAC”)-focused credit strategy managed by Flow Capital Partners (“FCP”), a Securities and Futures Commission (SFC)-licensed institutional alternative asset manager based in Hong Kong.
Through DigiFT’s platform, eligible investors can access APAC-focused credit exposure in an on-chain format on the Ethereum blockchain designed for institutional participation.
The Fund invests across a diversified portfolio of private and public credit instruments in the APAC region, with a core emphasis on senior secured lending, asset-backed finance, sponsor-backed financing, and selective public credit exposure. The strategy targets key APAC markets including Australia, Hong Kong, Japan, Korea, Mainland China, New Zealand, and Singapore, while retaining flexibility to pursue selected opportunities in other OECD jurisdictions where aligned with its investment objectives.
With the APAC private credit market projected to grow from US$59 billion in 2024 to US$92 billion by 20272, the launch brings a differentiated credit strategy to the tokenized RWA market at a time when much of the on-chain credit landscape remains centered on U.S.-focused products.
For allocators seeking broader regional diversification, the FLOWC token introduces regulated on-chain access to an APAC-focused strategy spanning both private and public credit, backed by a regulated fund structure.
Henry Zhang, Founder & Group CEO of DigiFT, said: “Much of the tokenized RWA market has so far been shaped by cash management and U.S.-focused credit products. This launch brings a differentiated institutional APAC credit strategy spanning both private and public markets onto regulated digital infrastructure, expanding the range of professionally managed credit products available to eligible investors on-chain.”
Sam Lau, Chairman of Flow Capital Partners, said: “Since 2019, we’ve built our credit franchise on the ground in APAC, sourcing deals that require local relationships and regional expertise that few external managers can replicate. Through our partnership with DigiFT, our FLOWC token allows us to make our platform available to a new class of investors through regulated digital infrastructure. This is a natural extension of what we’ve built.”
The partnership reflects broader momentum in institutional digital asset adoption across Asia, with both Singapore3 and Hong Kong4 continuing to advance regulatory and market frameworks that support tokenization and institutional digital asset activity.
Note: The FLOWC token represents tokenized access to interests in the Flow Credit Feeder Fund and does not constitute a standalone investment product or a direct interest in the underlying assets.
